As one of New England’s premier summer camping operations, the key to our success lies in our phenomenal staff. Most of our staff return from year to year to build on the successes of previous summers. Nearly all of our staff were campers themselves, and graduated from our two-year Leadership Training program.
Still, each summer sees new staff from all over the nation and the world joining our team, bringing new strengths and vision to our work with children. Are you interested in work that challenges you, demands your best each day, and ultimately changes lives? We’re interested in talking with you!

- Nursing Staff (RNs, LPNs)
Takodah will begin hiring for the 2012 season this January.
For the Cabin Leader Team, we’re seeking high school graduates & college students who want to have fun working outdoors. You’ll live in a Cabin with a co-leader and a crew of 10 kids, teaching three daily classes in anything from sports to music to nature to swimming. Help make this the best summer of a child’s life! Mini Camp Volunteer Leaders
Takodah’s 1-week Mini Camp gives our youngest, first time away from home campers a wonderful experience and is a great initiation to all that Takodah offers. Come on out and share your love for camp and the outdoors with young campers. Download a Mini Camp application packet here!
