Registration
General Information: We accept and register campers without regard to race, color, national origin, or religious affiliation. Parents considering registering a camper with physical, cognitive or emotional differences should consult with the Camp Director before registering to determine the best placement for the child. To help us provide the best camping experience we can, we implore parents and guardians to be forthcoming regarding special needs. Camp Takodah and its staff only use such information to ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations.
We accept registrations in the order we receive them. Camp Takodah's tuition includes all in camp program costs (excluding books used in advanced American Red Cross swimming lessons) and our Memory Book, mailed in mid-December. Registration continues until each session is filled. Once a session fills, we can continue to register campers on a waiting list. Our waiting lists are fairly active, and should your application be wait-listed, we will keep you abreast of your status. There are three ways to register:

We accept payment by cash, check, Mastercard, or Visa. You may pay in full at registration, by monnthly auto-debit to your bank account, or in installments as follows. Please contact the camp registrar if you need to discuss a different payment schedule or an auto-debit arrangement. Send your completed application and deposit(s) to:

3. Register by Phone
Call registrar Sarah Edkins at the (603) 352-0447 to register immediately by phone. Please have your camper's name, date of birth, and grade level handy, as well as your Mastercard or Visa.
Refunds: The registration deposit is refundable until February 1, when it becomes forfeit. All other tuition payments are refundable until June 1. There are no refunds after June 1. No refunds or adjustments are made for campers who arrive late, depart early, or are dismissed.
Open House: We will host an Open House on May 11. Staff members and Leaders-in-Training will be available to offer facility tours and answer your questions. Come by to see us first-hand!!
