Each year we let a few couples transform Camp Takodah into a truly unforgettable wedding destination. The Takodah team is dedicated to providing you with the care and attention you deserve leading up to and on your big day.
Takodah is the perfect alternative wedding venue for an unforgettable experience in a magical setting. Our camp provides a beautiful backdrop for your very special day. The waterfront, sunsets and even snow become the scenery for many magical moments and a memorable and unique wedding weekend.
Our seasoned staff ensure that your wedding offers the perfect blend of relaxation and activities that can only be found at camp. Set amidst woodlands and waterfronts, you will find an all in one venue with unique, rustic accommodations. There are not many venues held in a beautiful 100 year old camp to make your ceremony unique & personal.
Available Packages
We are happy to help you figure out how you might be able to do some trimming in certain areas if you are on a budget. Some wedding groups consider bringing their own decoration supplies (centerpieces, flower arrangements) to Camp Takodah and assembling them there with their friends and family. Others have prepared their menu/appetizers themselves and some have charged attendees a small lodging fee.
One Day
$4,000
(Up to 150 people. $25 each additional person)
This package is great for do-it-yourself couples who want to be very hands on during the planning and execution of their big day. Bring all those grand ideas you have been envisioning and we will provide you with the space to create the wedding of your dreams!
- Exclusive use of the South Camp Venue from 9:00am – 12:00pm day of wedding. This includes use of Dining Hall (seated capacity 250), Chapel Area (200), Memorial Lodge (200) and Friendship Lodge.
- Guest Support
- Use of all trails and fire pits
- Use of Kitchen (prep only), tables & chairs to support all events.
Friday-Sunday
$6,900 (Up to 75 people with Lodging. $25 each additional person)
$9,800 (76 to 150 people with Lodging. $25 each additional person)
We believe that one of the most important days of your life doesn’t necessarily have to last just one day. Your guests will only have to walk those tired dancing shoes a few feet to their onsite cabin.
